Olivier Merle founded ALLEMA International in 2014 to work with entrepreneurs and business leaders at an international level and help them grow their companies in the global Biotechnology and Life Science markets.

Olivier has extensive experience in international business management. He has worked in the Biotechnology and Life Sciences industries for more than 20 years. He has held various top-level positions in R&D, International Business Development and General Management, as a Laboratory Manager at Hospital Bellevue, as Global Sales Director at Transgenomic, as OEM Business Development at Invitrogen and as CEO at Biospace Lab. In 2015, Olivier joined EC-M&A, a major US-based M&A advisory firm, where he served as a director and until he founded his own financial advisory business in Paris.

Olivier holds a PhD in Pharmacology form De Montfort University (UK) and an MBA from Neoma Business School (France).
