Peter advises companies in all aspects of human capital management, in particular by seeking out competent and engaged leaders and by guiding how to enhance processes with regards to performance and talent management, organizational design, succession planning, reward and recognition, labour relations and HR information systems.

Peter has been a member of executive management teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He has been an HR Leader in Pharmaceutical companies for 20+ years with a broad experience as he assumed roles such as C&B Manager, Regional and Business Unit HR Director and Global Head of Talent Management.  

He holds a doctorate degree in Law and is fluent in German and English but also speaks French.
