Christian Neckermann is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in the international healthcare industry, focusing on portfolio optimization, launching innovative products & services, building brands, driving sales growth, and developing lasting customer relationships.

His consulting work for global pharmaceutical companies as well as smaller biotechs and start-up ventures has covered over 40 countries and numerous therapeutic areas, including specialty / hospital diseases and GP-treated conditions.  He has taken on interim management roles, most recently to support the post-merger integration of the portfolio management functions at Pfizer/GSK’s consumer health business.

Whether a $10mm opportunity or a multi-billion dollar business, his passion for seeking new insights in small and big data combined with first hand research into understanding customer needs, has helped him identify business opportunities and successfully define strategies to capture profitable growth for brands and businesses across all stages of their life-cycle —from product development, through launch, to optimizing mature product portfolios.
