Anne Kilburg
Anne Kilburg is an Innovation & Transformation Coach and Access-to-healthcare specialist. As a certified Service Design Thinking practitioner and Systemic Coach, she facilitates innovation processes and partners with teams to co-create solutions to “wicked” access-to-healthcare challenges. With her creative mindset, empathy, and ability to integrate multiple perspectives, she leaves teams better than she founds them.
A Human Nutrition Scientist and Economist by training, Anne has 25 years’ experience working in global healthcare. Her professional career includes 15 years of international strategic consulting in Patient Access, HTA and HEOR in diverse consulting firms (Institut für Empirische Gesundheitsökonomie, RTI Health Solutions, Wellmera AG) and 10 years in successive leadership roles at Novartis. She has strong skills in engaging the right stakeholders to participate in complex cross-functional projects and aligning their perspectives. Anne drives value-based healthcare strategy development and validation with key stakeholders across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
In 2017 Anne founded KilburgDialogue, which offers co-creation workshops with stakeholders, creative strategy development facilitation using human-centered Design Thinking, Service Design, agile methods, and systemic coaching.
