Dr. Natalie Koster
Dr. Natalie Koster is a senior expert for healthcare marketing communication and multichannel planning with an agency background. She provides consulting services both for healthcare companies and agencies.
Natalie studied general linguistics, phonetics, Slavic studies and patholinguistics in Edinburgh and Cologne, where she also completed her doctorate. After working as a research assistant for two years, she started her agency career - first as a scientific copywriter, then as a strategic consultant.
Over the past ten years, Natalie has worked as Managing Director of the healthcare agencies Selinka/Schmitz (Cologne) and Brandpepper / Medperion Services (Düsseldorf). In this role, she led cross-functional teams, developed multichannel communication strategies, supported many comprehensive product launches, particularly in the field of oncology and orphan diseases, and advised national and international healthcare clients.
As a consultant, Natalie’s focus is on communication consulting and the development and management of complex multi-channel communication projects for pharma and biotech companies. Based on her comprehensive agency experience, she also consults companies in all aspects of working together with agencies and other vendors, e. g. creating efficient RfI/RfP documents and creative briefs, pitch preparations, vendor selection and vendor management. Natalie also specializes in developing and facilitating workshops such as storytelling workshops, guided brainstormings and innovation workshops.
Together with Carsten von Blohn, Natalie is the founder and managing director of The Healthonauts.
