Dr. Christoph Eisenhardt is a business consultant and coach with an innovative approach and strong R&D knowledge. His focus is on supporting companies during transformations. Establishing efficient, cross-functional project teams and handling complex stakeholder environments is a key to Christoph’s client interaction. He provides all his services in German and English and both project-based or as interim manager.

As consultant Christoph advises companies on all aspects of business transformation. He provides holistic and action-oriented consultation from strategy development to implementation, including product concept development, business process design and organizational design. He supports implementation of agile development processes (Scrum and Kanban) and also consults on how to create the prerequisites for innovation.

As a certified systemic business coach, he helps executives and leaders to tackle individually the challenges associated with transformations. In addition he facilitates the development of leadership teams.

After completing his PhD, Christoph built with others a venture in the laser industry. Later he switched to the diagnostics industry and worked for the market leader Roche Diagnostics for 14 years. As Senior Executive he was responsible for various global departments and teams. As a Program Lead he designed, led and implemented numerous strategic initiatives in the area of process development, organizational design, new business building and change management. He supported board members and drove the transformation of organizations and global leadership teams. In 2020 Christoph founded Eisenhardt & Wolf.

Christoph holds a doctoral degree (PhD) in physical chemistry from the Freie Universität Berlin. He did his Executive Leadership Program with the London Business School, is a certified Change Manager (TÜV Süd) and Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance). He did his coaching education at Trigon (Austria) and is a certified systemic coach (Trigon Coach, Certified Business Coaching IOBC).
