Dr. Stefan Grimm is a consultant and interim manager with profound expertise in strategic management, sustainability leadership, and multi-stakeholder project management. With a proven track record in both corporate and start-up environments, he has led strategy, sustainability and product teams, transformative strategic projects as well as ESG compliance programs and initiatives. While he works outside the healthcare sector, too, he has almost 10 years of experience in health insurance and healthcare software, billing and app development – with a focus on the pharmacies market. 

Digital and sustainable transformation affects all companies and is at the center of strategic considerations. Stefan supports companies throughout their strategic management and helps with developing and – ultimately – implementing sustainable strategies. In most recent projects he further supported the pressing needs from ESG compliance by enabling internal organizations and processes, as well as by implementing sustainability reporting.

Dr. Stefan Grimm is economist by training with degrees from LMU Munich, University of St. Gallen, Rotterdam School of Management and University of Tübingen and holds a PhD in Behavioral Economics. He is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach, finding individualized solutions based on clients’ needs.

Outside the healthcare sector he works as Associate Partner at 3con Management Consultants GmbH to enable SMEs, Corporates and Multinationals in transformation.
