Ulrike Laube is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in Digital Healthcare, Consumer Health, Life Sciences, FMCG, and High Tech. Her career spans diverse senior roles in strategy, business development, commercial, finance and product design, cultivated at worldwide leading firms like Procter & Gamble, Merck, Capgemini Consulting, and Mars. Her background is a Master’s degree in engineering of biotechnology. 

After her Chief Strategy Officer role at Merck where she led the sale and integration of the Consumer Health business into Procter & Gamble she decided to return to consultancy and build her own consulting business to be able to focus entirely on digital health and make use of the emerging technologies in the healthcare space to improve healthcare access, outcomes and cost efficiencies.
