As the Founder and CEO of Alpha Sophia, Paul-Lukas aims to empower MedTech startups and SMBs with data-driven solutions that drive their go-to-market strategies — from marketing to sales.

Prior to Alpha Sophia, Paul-Lukas worked as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he specialized in data-driven enablement within the retail and consumer goods industries. In addition, Paul-Lukas is an active angel investor in several startups across domains.

Paul-Lukas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Law from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
