Thomas Freudemann's mission is to support manufacturing companies in the life science sector in Quality Management and their transformation towards Quality 4.0. 

With a doctorate in chemistry and a degree in business chemistry, he has been working in the API, pharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturing industries for more than 20 years. He has acquired certification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), Qualified Person (QP) § 7 AMBO, Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). His experience spans a spectrum from classic quality management functions (e.g. Head of QC, Senior Quality Engineer, Head of Quality) to operational excellence (e.g. program manager for Lean Six Sigma programs, project manager for Lean Transformation) and as leader of digitization projects (e.g. for implementation of MES-EBR and eQMS). 

He supports the digital transformation from classic paper-based QM systems to integrated digital QM systems - strategically as well as hands-on as a project manager or interim manager.

His vision: Further develop Quality Management to become an enabler of true operational excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing active ingredients, pharmaceuticals and medical devices with highest efficiency and quality.
