Dr. Angela Schremmer holds a doctoral degree in natural science from Humboldt University Berlin, a BA from the Bavarian Academy for Foreign Trade, Munich. She is certified compliance officer (TÜV) and trainer for business communication. In 2014, Angela founded her own consultancy, complia. She provides interim management and consultancy.

Angela’s key strength is the combined knowledge in natural science, business management and communication psychology, which enables her to analyse and solve complex issues. She has deep consulting skills with strong focus on compliance and contract management.

Her main services are development and implementation of sustainable compliance management strategies. Angela also consults and supports companies in all industries in organization of contract management and trains contract managers (with TÜV certification).

She has more than 15 years management and leadership experience, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry (Schering AG, Bayer AG). With her first-hand intercultural experience, she also provides valuable know-how in consulting international (virtual) teams.
