Pascal Labarrère has more than 35 years experience in the healthcare industry and focusses on Executive Coaching.

He had been working for GE HealthCare in the Diagnostic Imaging division since 1986. He held national and international management roles in sales and marketing during 23 years. From 2004 to 2007 he has been in charge of the Learning and Development department for EMEA and South Asia.

Beyond driving commercial performance and achieving ambitious goals, Pascal has always been committed to supporting people to give the best of themselves and develop personally to progress in their career. Recognized for his demanding and well-intentioned management method, he has often been consulted by colleagues to be mentored on their challenges and managerial practice or to get advised about their career orientation.

Pascal holds a Master in Management from Bordeaux University and he graduated in 2022 as an Executive Coach from Paris-Dauphine University.
