Valérie Soulier is an accomplished strategy and marketing expert with over 25 years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics and MedTech industries. She has held various international and global HQ positions at renowned companies, including Abbott Diagnostics, Siemens Healthineers, and Danaher (Radiometer), gaining in-depth knowledge and expertise in those fields.

In 2019, Valérie founded 2C4P (Coaching & Consulting for Performance), her own consultancy company. Additionally, she was appointed as a business coach for Healthcare startups at the European Innovation Council in 2021. Valérie’s mission is to leverage her extensive corporate experience as Chief Marketing Officer to help healthcare companies define and implement clear strategies for business growth, driven by high-performing and motivated teams.

Valérie excels in bringing people together, fostering collaboration, prioritizing objectives, and establishing business processes that align with corporate goals. She strongly believes in the correlation between business success and individual employee growth opportunities. As the Managing Director at 2C4P, Valérie combines her business consulting and advisory activities, including Non-Executive Director roles, with her passion for people development, acting also as an executive coach and mentor for individuals and teams.

Valérie holds a Ph.D. in Neurochemistry from the University Claude Bernard in Lyon and the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm and is fluent in French, English, and German. She is a trained leadership and executive coach from the Co-Active Institute (CTI).
