Fred DeTroy’s mission is to structure and organize companies and specialist departments with a focus on quality and compliance and to align them with the constantly changing legal and normative requirements of Lean.

Fred learned quality and project management in the automotive industry from the bottom up as a mechanical engineer and computer scientist. Self-employed since 1993, he has taken on more and more leadership responsibility in product development and project management in the field of quality management and regulatory compliance in internationally operating companies.

He lives and works with his specialized Interim Management Company in Switzerland since 2014. During this time, he has managed and successfully implemented several transition and restructuring projects in the life sciences and IT domain.

For over 25 years he has been working as an independent interim manager for transition and change projects, focusing on quality management in the MedTech, Pharmaceutical and associated IT & SW development industries, like Siemens Healthineers, J&J, Synthes, Fresenius Medical Care, Xenios, Fresenius Kabi, AbbVie, Ziehm Imaging, Zimmer, Avateramedical, Nobel Biocare and at some more as a consultant in his early times. Previously he worked abroad international for approx. 15 years.
