Hanno Wolfram carries and provides almost 40 years of experience in Pharma Marketing & Sales. Having started as a medical representative in Germany, he stepped out of the industry as Area Manager Europe in a global pharmaceutical company.
In 1996, Hanno founded Innov8 GmbH — The Implementation Company. The name still stands for the credo with the necessity to constantly innovate. Leveraging all the collected experience, he designed, developed and delivered change projects with pharma sales-organizations and their field-forces in more than 25 countries on 4 continents. As a guest-lecturer at various universities of applied sciences Hanno is close to future MBAs.
After pharma’s reputation is poor and the sales-model moribund, supporting to shape the future of pharma is one of his major motivators. Together with the other Healthcare Shapers member Rainer Seiler Hanno published the first book about “Pharma Key Account Management” in German for Germany in 2011. Early 2015 the first textbook in English language “KAM in Pharma 3.0” hit the market. Various key-notes, consulting and change projects are the core of his work.
