As a headhunter, he ensures that his clients are recruiting talent in the Commercial, Medical and Market Access functions, exactly at the required competency levels. Working in a candidates’ market, Peter emphasises the importance of employer value proposition and a positive candidate experience in the process.
Peter is a Managing Partner with Swiss-based R-Squared Smart Capabitlity Engineering and is based in Hamburg. Together with the global team, he serves clients based in all major pharma hubs worldwide. Before joining R-Squared in 2011, he gained 18 years of pharma experience in Senior Global Marketing, Medical Affairs and Business Development positions based in Germany and abroad.
