Pauline Millaard is an independent business execution manager with special focus on marketing and commercial excellence, performance measurement, customised digital initiatives and communication strategies.
For 18 years Pauline held national and headquarter based marketing- and commercial management positions in the pharmaceutical industry, working mostly for the European markets. She is an advocate for operational excellence and has, over the years, developed strong skills to drive cross-functional, cross-border business process implementations and optimizations. This is also why she dedicates time to learn more about and execute agile management methodologies. She is Certified Scrum Master.
Pauline is a left-side thinker and an idea generator. Thanks to her ability to rapidly capture complex settings, she can easily drill down to the essence building a solid basis for gap analysis and solution development.
