As an Executive Interim Manager, he assumes senior roles such as Country CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). He also provides consulting and transformational leadership to address industry-specific challenges, including lifecycle transitions (from launch to loss of exclusivity), pricing dynamics, needs-based drug supply, and post-merger integration.
