As founder of Abante Scientific, Kasia is a licensed innovation management practitioner who uses the biggest business innovation database to assess and benchmark organizational capabilities and processes to improve the client’s growth rate.

Kasia graduated as a medical doctor and completed her residency in psychiatry at the Medical University and the Teaching Psychiatry Hospital in Wroclaw, Poland. She has more than 30 years of experience as a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and digital health industries and oversaw the launches of several first-in-class brands, which profoundly changed the standards of care globally. She worked at Eli Lilly, Merck (MSD), Novartis, Sanofi, and Terumo before focusing on startups in medical devices and digital health space.

Kasia has deep experience in developing enterprise, portfolio, and brand strategies, creating market conditions for growth, and launch excellence.
