Dr. Jörg Quade is a clinical research expert with more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical companies, CROs and biotech/medtech start-ups, including almost 20 years of global project and study leadership. He currently works as Head of Clinical Operations and is Founder and Owner of Nuratis GmbH (founded in 2017), where he serves as Managing Director and Senior Clinical Research Consultant. In these roles, he oversees the design and delivery of national and international clinical studies across all phases -  from early proof-of-concept to large Phase III programs and real-world registries.

His core expertise lies in complex, multicentre trials in neurology, haemato-oncology, clinical nutrition / FSMP, and rare diseases. In rare neurological and immunological disorders, he has led global programs in indications such as Rett syndrome, LGI1 autoimmune encephalitis, PNPO deficiency and centronuclear myopathies. Jörg Quade combines strong scientific grounding with deep operational and regulatory know-how, proven in global studies across Europe, Asia, and North America.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, certified Quality Management Auditor and Medical Device Safety Officer, he brings a strong focus on process excellence, quality and compliance. With his Professional Scrum Master™ I certification and the MBAI® -  Leaders of AI, he also drives the adoption of agile ways of working and AI‑driven, data‑centric approaches in clinical research –- from risk‑based monitoring and inspection readiness to digitally enabled, scalable study models.
