Dr. Frederik Kolster is an expert for turnaround and change management within the healthcare industry. His career encompasses the field of general (plant) management and his particular fields of interest are production in the healthcare area, supply chain, procurement. He gained his experience within renowned global enterprises on global positions.

Turnarounds, change management, crisis in managements, production area and complex projects are the key focus of Frederik. His support for the top management can be consulting or interim management based with a focus on operative implementation.

Frederik holds a doctoral degree in management and a master’s degree equivalent in industrial engineering and management from the University of Paderborn. Further he studied abroad at the Graduate school, Ewha W. University in Seoul, South Korea.
