Christina holds a PhD in business administration and has more than 25 years of management experience in business formation and development, building eCommerce operations and digitising processes, developing multichannel marketing and sales, as well as in assortment and pricing strategies in retail (B2C, B2B). Her industry focus spans 17 years in the health care sector (B2B). During this time, she collaborated with both, European and German share- and stakeholders and held overall responsibility for various SMEs.

Her passion lies in market- and results-oriented new business concepts, digital transformation, eCommerce and change management in highly regulated markets. She is convinced that a successful company’s market positioning bases strongly upon consideration of social facts, market developments, and customer needs and expectations. She sees transformation as a continuous process.

Before embarking on her self-employment, Christina held leading positions at renowned retail companies and start-ups in the consumer, dental and medical device industries in Germany and Europe. In these roles, she managed the setting and development of operations, built clear brand messages for companies and products, and created customer-oriented marketing and sales concepts. In her most recent position at a leading medical device distributor, her focus was on digital and sales transformation, revenue and earnings growth, as well as post-merger integrations.
