Chinwe Johnson supports organizations and startups in the healthcare sector as a strategic advisor at the intersection of growth, structure, and execution. Her focus is on making initiatives decision-ready, identifying risks early, and building sustainable structures for scaling.

Chinwe brings experience in developing and implementing complex initiatives—from initial concept through the establishment of new organizational units to the implementation of quality and governance frameworks (ISO 9000 Lead Auditor). In doing so, she works closely with founders, leadership teams, and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into concrete and measurable outcomes.

Currently, she is involved as Co-Founder at Change IT Solutions in the areas of strategy and business development. In parallel, she serves as CEO of her Dubai-based consulting firm, where she is working on the strategic design, structuring, and advancement of the first senior citizen activity (retirement) community in the Middle East. The concept also includes the integration of a specialized and culturally adapted Alzheimer’s village.
