Birgit Janning is a healthcare and life sciences professional and commercially oriented expert in MedTech, Pharma and Medical Skin Care with more than 25 years of industry experience.

Birgit served as EU Guest Scientist in infectious diseases/medical microbiology, before she entered the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Her industrial career started at 3M Healthcare in an international Clinical Research management position, followed by leading roles in medical education and training. Her subsequent professional appointments covered positions in Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Communication. This refers to national as well as international responsibilities in chronic disease management, dermatooncology and other indication areas. 

Birgit provides support for healthcare players intending to set up and optimize therapy/prevention concepts in EU countries, with focus on strategy as well as operative project implementation, management, and upscaling. Her active language skills are fluent in Dutch, English and German.
