Christoph Taegert-Kilger, based on 30 years of experience in complex Medical Device and Software Development, provides consultancy, coaching and hands-on leadership support including interim project or quality management to enable efficient and compliant product development towards registration.

A Computer Scientist and MBA by training, Chris started his career at Siemens Healthcare, where he moved from shaping Medical Software and Systems to shaping Teams, Projects and Processes in Germany and China. At his subsequent years at Plexus Corp., he perfected his skills by shaping, winning and leading medical device and life sciences development projects for larger customers including Roche, Fresenius-Kabi and Draeger Medical as well as for several innovative startups.

Chris specializes on medium to high complexity systems class IIa or higher, including Software and Hardware. 

He shapes and leads projects with a strong focus on efficient structures and execution as well as regulatory compliance. With the goal of developing the customer's team, Chris manages, trains and coaches cross-functional national and international development and quality assurance teams, handing responsibility over once structures including QMS and a self-sustaining company culture are established.
